ORDER

It is stated that the matter has amicably been settled.

                        Sh. Munish Gupta, Advocate, Counsel for Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 states that the entire amount deposited by the complainant shall be returned with interest @8% p.a. It is further stated that an amount of Rs.10 Lacs will be paid on or before 05.08.2016. Another amount of Rs.10 Lacs will be paid on or before 20.08.2016. Further, an amount of Rs.35 Lacs will be paid on or before 30.10.2016.  The balance amount will be paid on or before 30.11.2016. Interest will be calculated from the dates of respective deposits up to the date of payment(s), with diminishing balance. It is further agreed that in case, the commitment made by Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 is not honoured, the complaint be deemed to have been allowed as prayed and the complainant shall be entitled to get refund of his amount deposited with interest @12% p.a. from the dates of respective deposits. It is made clear that for loan raised, the complainant will get ‘No objection certificate’ from ICICI Bank and give it to Opposite Parties No.1 & 2, on or before 15.10.2016. The order passed be treated as an executable decree.

                        In view of above settlement, the complaint stands disposed of.

                        Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
