1. The Counsel for the Petitioner is present. 2. The Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner wants to withdraw his case, subject to some condition that last opportunity be granted to OP-1 and 2. The attention of the State Commission is invited towards clause 13 (1) (a) of the Consumer Protection Act, wherein the written version must be filed within 45 days. The OP has already taken 45 days and for no reason. 3. The State Commission is directed not to give them more opportunities and decide the case expeditiously, but not more than 3 months, from 28.04.2014 (date already fixed before the State Commission). 4. Therefore the present Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
