The present review application no.203 of 2023 has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 28.02.2023 passed by this Commission in RP no.2796 of 2016 – Improvement Trust Bathinda vs Om Prakash by which, the revision petition was dismissed for non-prosecution.  I have gone through the order as well the review application and I do not find any error apparent on the face of the record in the order dated 28.02.2023 which calls for interference.  In view of the above, the review application filed by the petitioner is dismissed.
