1.       Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have no problem with the impugned Order and has nothing to speak against it and the petitioners are also trying to comply with the same. 

2.       It has also been submitted that in compliance of the Order certain steps have also been taken by the petitioners and letters have been written addressing the complainant and complainant is not coming forward in response.

3.       In the wake of the submissions that have been raised by learned counsel for the petitioners the Bench fails to understand as to why the Order in question has been impugned and challenged before this Commission. No jurisdictional error could be pointed out by learned counsel in the impugned Order against which the petition has been filed.  Any Order can be challenged only when something can be advanced in valid criticism of the Order.

Obviously, the petition lacks merits and stands dismissed as such.

4.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the petition and to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
