23.08.2022                Today the case is fixed for further order. The complainant/D.Hr. files a petition on earlier on the ground that both parties have been settled outside the Commission amicably and   prayed that the complainant/D.Hr do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    In view of withdrawal petition as the complainant/D.Hr. do not want to proceed with the case further, hence the execution proceeding is dropped as withdrawn.
