COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-      Shri Dinesh Saini, Advocate, Counsel for the Complainant.

                     Shri Gunjan Rishi, Advocate, counsel for the OPs No.1 and 2.

                     File taken up today on an application moved by complainant through his counsel. Amended title not filed. Shri Dinesh Saini, Advocate appeared on behalf of the complainant and filed power of attorney. Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, on the instructions of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reasons; hence, he withdraws the same on behalf of the Complainant, with liberty to file it afresh.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the Complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance          .
