          File put up before Natinal Lok Adalat on an application moved by complainant for compromise. Statement of complainant and counsel for OP recorded separately. Keeping, in view the statement of parties vide which the complainant will sent the requite documents i.e. original bills, discharge voucher, GD report/police report, affidavit reason for the claim of loss, previous insurance cop & ID proof, colored photographs and original toeing bills. Although the complainant has already sent the original bills through registered post and the complainant further ready to sent the other required documents which are in his reach and possession. Counsel for OP undertook that the OPs  will settle the claim within 60 days after receipt of documents. Company shall demand any other documents within 15 days from date of this order. Keeping, in view the statement of complainant and counsel for OPs, the present complaint stands compromised and disposed of. File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
