Ami Singh       Vs.     NSV Darrak’s.

 

Present:       Sh. Parveen Kumar, Adv. for the complainant.

                    None for the opponent No.1.

                    (Notice of the complaint was not ordered against opponent No.2 to 4).

                              

                   The compliance of order dated 28.11.2023 has not been done by the complainant, by furnishing of correct address of the opponent No.1. Counsel for the complainant requested one more opportunity. History of proceeding shows, numbers of opportunities have been given to the complainant for same purpose. There must be an end to everything. For granting further adjournment to the complainant for furnishing correct address of the opponent No.1, this Commission finds no justification. The prayer of counsel for the complainant is declined in this regard. The present complaint is hereby dismissed, being non compliance of order dated 28.11.2023. However, if at any subsequent stage, the complainant comes to know about the latest and correct address of the opponent No.1, then, he shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint against the opponent No.1, and in the fresh complainant, he will disclose the particulars of this complaint and its fate and with the fresh complaint, he will attach the copy of this order. File be consigned to the records.
