We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

          Admit.  List the cases in their turn with due notice to all the parties.

          The flat in question shall not be transferred to any third party nor any interest of third party by way of any lease or license shall be created till next order.  In the meanwhile, the counsel for the parties may make serious efforts for settlement of the dispute.
