Present: Shri Ashwani Kumar Popli, learned counsel for the complainant.

                   Complaint presented today.  It be checked and registered.

                At the stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same on technical defect and sought permission to file afresh on the same cause of action.                     In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
