As per report of Ahlmad on 4.7.2023, Notice was sent to OP by Regd.Post, received back with report "No such person at this address". Case was adjourned for service of OP on furnishing correct address of OP, but the address of OP was not available with the complainant.

On 18.8.2023, On request of counsel for complainant, Dasti Notice was ordered to be issued to the OP. On 24.1.2024, Dasti Notice of OP, received back with report that "OP left at this address". Case was being adjourned for service of OP on furnishing correct address.

On 1.3.2024, counsel for complainant filed an application U/o 5 Rule 20 of CPC for substituted service of OP by way of publication notice in the newspaper "Nawan Zamana" on depositing publication fees in this Commission. Since 2.4.2024 till today, the complainant has not deposited publication fees for publication notice of OP. For the last six dates of hearing, neither the complainant nor his counsel nor anybody else on his behalf has come present. Today also none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested in persuing his case. Hence the present complaint is dismissed U/o 9 rule 2 CPC for not depositing publication fees for publication notice of OP. File be consigned to the record room.
