Both counsels present and they have filed joint memo stating that the matter is settled by receiving an amount of Rs.31,82,652/- by way of two DDs bearing No.793763 dated 19.05.2023 for Rs.26,82,652/- and another DD bearing No.356175  dated 07.08.2023 for Rs.5,00,000/-.  In view of memo and settlement the complaint is dismissed.
