MA no.178 of 2018 has been filed for the release of the statutory amount of Rs.35,000/-. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has already complied with the order passed by this Commission on 4^th February 2016 and he has also filed the letters sent to the respondent wherein the calculations has been made, the draft has been sent to the respondent, possession has already been given and the registered sale deed has already been implemented. As the orders of this Commission has already been complied with, hence, the statutory amount of Rs.35,000/- may be released to the applicant by the Registry after verification of the deposit amount within a period of 45 days.

        Accordingly, MA no. 178 of 2018 is disposed of.
