The learned counsel for the parties apprised that settlement has already been affected between the parties in pursuance of which, the learned counsel for the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, the first appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

          As agreed between the parties, the amount deposited in terms of order dated 24-05-2017 with the State Commission is ordered to be released in favour of the appellant along with interest accrued, if any. The statutory amount of Rs.35,000/- deposited by the appellant is also ordered to be released.
