Caveator is present on Caveat No.21 of 2021.  Caveat stands discharged.

          After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Appellant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal to delete certain grounds taken in the Appeal which are beyond the jurisdiction of this Commission and also permission to file a fresh Appeal.  He also seeks permission to withdraw the statutory amount deposited at the time of filing of this Appeal.

          In view of the above, the Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
