Present:-                 Sh. Abhishek Lamba, Advocate for complainant.

 

1.                 Today the case is fixed for consideration on admissibility of the complaint.

2.                 At this stage, Ld. counsel for complainant has made a statement to withdraw the present complaint. Statement to this effect recorded separately. 3.                    Complaint be registered.

4.                 In view of the above statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Benefit of limitation period allowed in favour of complainant as per law. Original documents, if any, attached with this complaint be returned to the complainant after retaining photocopies of the same on this case file.  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. Case file be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
