We find no infirmity in the order passed by the                               State Commission.  Rather we agree with the same.                      Petitioner   was not entitled to the allotment of the plot as he had failed  to   produce  the Functional Certificate of the firm of                which  he was  a  partner.       The  partnership  had  been   dissolved

on 17.9.1997 and the plots were sold on 04-05.12.1998.  Revision petition is dismissed.
