ORDER

PER MR. JUSTICE R.K. BATTA, PRESIDING MEMBER Heard the Complainant who appears in person. The Complainant seeks certain directions including to give break up of the premium of the plot namely break up of the premium @ 11200 per sq. mtr. at the time of launch of the scheme and the enhanced price of Rs.39,600/- per sq. yard and to withdraw the cancellation letter. The Petitioner has filed an application dated 9.9.2010 before Opposite Party for withdrawal of the cancellation letter. The Petitioner submitted that the matter relating to enhancement of price by Opposite Party is pending before the Supreme Court to which he is not a party. In view of this we are of the opinion that no case for entertaining this complaint has been made out and the complaint is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs.
