Complainant is absent without step. He is also found absent on 2^nd call. No body on behalf of complainant is present perused the order. We find that on previous date complainant was also absent without step. In the circumstances we have reason to believe that the complainant is not willing to proceed further with this case . Hence the case deserves dismissal.

that the case stands dismissed for default without cost.
