                   Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that on the instruction of complainant he withdraw the present complaint from the opposite parties in full and final settlement, so he withdraws the present complainant being fully satisfied.

          In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
