Present:       DH in person alongwith Sh. Deepak Jain, Advocate for DH.

                   Sh. R.K.Bhardwaj, Advocate for JD.

 

 

                   Today the case was fixed for issuance of warrants of attachment.

                   Memo of Appearance filed on behalf of JD alongwith an application for cancel the bailable warrants and attachment and permission may be given to join the execution after setting aside exparte order dated 10.03.2023.

                   Further Sh. Sachin Manager of HDFC Bank appeared and got recorded his statement that he presenting a DD No. 004283 dated 03.04.2023 amounting to Rs.7,10,000/-(Rupees Seven Lakh Ten Thousand only). On the other hand, DH also made a statement that he has received the said DD No. 004283 amounting to Rs.7,10,000/-(Rupees Seven Lakh Ten thousand only) and he withdraws the present execution being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement made above, the present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn. The application moved by JD today stands disposed off as DH withdraws the execution being satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
