It is seen that on 2-5-2023 none appeared for the appellant. On 27-2-2023, the counsel for the appellant sought time to take steps on the respondent No. 2. No steps were taken by the said  counsel for the appellant on 2-5-2023. Accordingly last chance was given to the appellant on 2-5-2023 to take steps on the said respondent No. 2. Ms. J. Boro, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Ms. M. Choudhury, conducting counsel for the respondent No. 1 is present. As there is no steps taken on the respondent No. 2 as directed by the counsel for the appellant, the matter stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
