The matter was passed over. On the second call also none is present on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing, petitioner sought time to place on record copy of discharge voucher, which has not been filed, till date. As nobody is appearing on behalf of petitioner since morning nor the document has been filed in spite of opportunity granted to the petitioner, the petition stands dismissed in default as well as for non-compliance of the order passed by this Commission.
