Complainant is absent without any steps. OPs are represented by the Ld. Advocate. On repeated calls neither the complainant nor its Ld. Advocate is found present. Now it is 1.10 PM.

Heard Ld. Advocate of OP. Perused the record. It reveals from the record today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant due to non appearance on the earlier date. But today no Show cause is filed on behalf of the complainant. Accordingly we are of the view that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with this matter further more.

That the instant case is hereby dismissed for non prosecution.
