                   File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                Ms. Nitika Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant has suffered a statement that as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, for an amount of Rs.12,66,761/- which has been paid by the appellant company through cheque bearing No.000352 dated 08.05.2013 drawn on HDFC Bank. Hence, she may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. Her statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In view of the statement made by Ms. Nitika Sharma,learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4.                Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/-/- deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt and identification and as per rules.

5.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

6.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

7.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
