At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants submits that since the NBWs against the Judgment Debtors No.6 and 7, namely, Sanjeev Hingorani and Satbir Singh Yadav, Directors of Appellant No.1, Alice Developers Private Limited had already been executed before the interim orders dated 02.08.2017 and 24.07.2017 were made, these Appeals are rendered infructuous and may be disposed of accordingly.  It is ordered accordingly.

        The Appeals stand disposed of with no order as to costs.

        The statutory amounts, if any, deposited at the time of filing of these Appeals shall stand transferred to the Consumer Legal Aid Account.
