ORDER

Shri Mohan Chouksey, learned counsel for the appellant.

This appeal has been filed on 06.12.2014.  On 08.01.2015 counsel for appellant sought time to file application for condonation of delay.  Thereafter on 08.02.2015 none was present.  On 20.04.2015 counsel for appellant sought time to furnish affidavit and other material to substantiate the averments made in the application for condonation of delay.   Thereafter none was present on 09.06.2015 and 03.08.2015.  Affidavit was also not filed.  Despite grant of number of opportunities counsel for appellant failed to file affidavit to support the application for condonation of delay.  The application is dismissed, consequently, the appeal is dismissed as barred by three months.
