The parties have given more than sufficient time for reconstruction of file. Complainant failed to file pleadings evidence or any other document since 2018. Now six years have been passed but complainant failed to provide above said documents which are necessary for adjudication  of the case.

In these special circumstances, we cannot proceed with the case, therefore, adjourned sine die. Complainant is directed to file above said documents and application for revival of the proceedings. File be consigned to record room.

Interim stay granted by this commission however interim stay order was not placed on record shall continue for six months from the date of this order.
