Dealy of 20 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Point in issue in this appeal stands concluded against the appellant by a judgement of this Commission in   M/s Parsvnath Developers Ltd.  vs.  Vinod Kathuria  and others  – Revision Petition No.396/2011 and other connected cases decided on 5.3.2013.  Dismissed in terms of order passed in Vinod Kathuria’s case (supra).
