                        This complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a case filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party in respect of an insurance claim putforward by the complainant on the basis of an insurance policy, issued by the opposite party. The opposite party filed version denying the allegations raised by the complainant against the opposite party.

3.       Inspite of giving sufficient opportunities to the complainant, the complainant has not adduced any evidence by marking documents to establish the case putforward by the complainant against the opposite party. The complainant was continuously absent since 24.02.2021 and not availed the opportunities given to the complainant to establish his case. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant has miserably failed to establish his case against the opposite party.

 In the result, the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

      A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
