Final Order / Judgement

The complainant soon after filing of  the complaint as on 24.1.2019 does not appear on the respective dates.  No steps are taken on behalf of the complainant. No-one appears on this day either the complainant himself or his advocate. No show-cause has been filed.  As per rule, admission hearing should be completed within 21 days from the date of registering the consumer case.  Therefore, the case be dismissed for non-showing the cause of not taking steps in connection with the case even on this day.
