ORDER:

                    Sh.Vishal Khundi  Advocate for the DH and DH have made a joint statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that claim has been rejected by the JDs and DH  has  no option except to file afresh complaint  against the rejection of the claim and that’s why DH does not want to pursue with  the present execution petition. Their statement has been recorded separately

2.               In view of the joint statement, the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
