O.P. is present through Ld. Advocate Ms. Tanushree Dasgupta.  The hearing even in the second call could not be commensed though it is 12.15 p.m. as the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is not present.  The Ld. Advocate for the O.P. already has communicated that the pre-insurance surveyor’s report is not available with the Insurance Company which document was the sole requirement for consideration by us according to the direction of the Hon’ble National Commission.  Therefore, the complaint is dismissed for default.
