Learned counsel for the complainant states that due to inadvertence this complaint has been filed before the National Commission whereas it falls within the pecuniary jurisdiction of the State Commission. Learned counsel for the complainant further submits that the basic claim which is subject matter of this complaint plus 18% interest amounts to less than one crore. Therefore, this complaint ought to have been filed before the State Commission. Accordingly, he seeks to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file the complaint before the State Commission. Liberty granted. Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
