Order pronounced. The complaint is allowed and the opposite party is directed to settle the claim amount of Rs.2,00,000.00 to the complainants along with interest at the rate of 7.5 percentage per annum from the date of this complaint, i.e., from 31.7.2007 till date of payment. Further the opposite party is also directed to pay Rs.2,000/- as compensation for mental agony and Rs.1,500/- as cost of the complaint to the complainants. Time for payment one month from the date of this order.
