1.       Called out intermittently.  None appears for the applicants / petitioners.  Neither learned counsel nor proxy counsel nor anybody else on behalf of the applicants / petitioners.  

            However, in the interest of justice matter is passed over to be taken up again.

 2.      After hearing some other matters the case has been called out again repeatedly. Yet none appears on behalf of the applicants / petitioners. 

3.          Miscellaneous application stands dismissed in non-prosecution.

4.       However, in the interest of justice it may be observed that if the applicants / petitioners are interested in pursuing the matter in right earnest with due diligence and feel aggrieved by this Order they may move appropriate application for recall of Order and restoration of miscellaneous application in accordance with law.      

5.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the miscellaneous application and to the learned counsel for the applicants / petitioners. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
