          Complainant and their Counsel are absent.  Mr.B.G. Patil, Advocate present for the opponent.  Complainant and their Counsel are remaining absent in spite of notice published on Notice Board of this Commission, the Bar and on Internet as well as by way of abundant precaution, intimation given by post on 11/01/2012.  Thus, complainant failed to take effective steps to prosecute this complaint.  Hence, the order :-
