                    The complainant/appellant has filed this appeal challenging the order dated 22.06.2022 by which it suffered dismissal for want of prosecution.

                 As agreed by the parties, this appeal is disposed of by setting aside the impugned order.

                 The matter is remanded to the District Commission to decide it afresh in accordance with law.

                  Parties are directed to appear before the District Commission on 16.10.2023.
