ORDER

Present :- Md. Rafi, Advocate of OP.

     He filed an application, which was registered as MA No.33/23 for correction in order/judgment dated 02.11.22 w.r.t. amount of IDV. He has been informed that this correction has already been done on 12.01.2023 on the application i.e. Misc. Application 6/23 as filed by counsel for complainant. He further submits the copy of the order be given to him and this application be dismissed as withdrawn. Heard. Allowed. However, it is pointed out that in the order dated 12.01.23, the date 11.02.22 have been typed/written instead of 02.11.22 as the date of judgment. The date 11.02.2022 is figuring in order sheet dated 12.01.2023 at three places, at one place by hand written and at two places typed one. The 11.02.22 in the order sheet dated 12.01.23 be read as 02.11.22 at all places. It is ordered accordingly.

Copy of this order be given to the counsel for both the parties.  

File be consigned to Record Room.
