                   Today the case was fixed for leading evidence by the complainant. However, authority signatory of the complainant has made a statement which is recorded separately, to the effect that on redressal of grievance, he hereby withdraws the present complaint, same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 

                                   In view of the above-said statement of the authorized representative of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
