            Neither the complainants nor their Advocate are present. No cause shown by the complainants in terms of order dated 26.05.2022.

Record speaks that Complainants are absent in the Commission since 16.09.2021 without taking any steps.

Therefore, we are of the view that complainants are not interested to proceed the case any more. Thus, the Consumer case is dismissed for non prosecution.
