ORDER

The above noted application for compromise has been jointly filed by both parties stating that the matter has been amicably settled between them. In view of the compromise, it has been prayed that the complaint filed before the District Forum be dismissed and the order passed by the Fora below be set aside and the revision petition be disposed of as compromised. It has been further stated in the application that the amount of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees seventy five thousand only) deposited by the petitioner in terms of order dated 12.07.2010 passed by this Commission and the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) deposited before the State Commission, be refunded to the petitioner along with interest, if any. In view of the aforesaid compromise arrived between the parties, it is directed that sum of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees seventy five thousand only) deposited by the petitioner in terms of order dated 12.07.2010 passed by this Commission and sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) being the statutory deposit lying with the State Commission be returned to the petitioner along with interest, due, if any. Both parties shall bound to the terms of compromise. With these observations, the revision petition stand disposed of. Dasti in both the parties.
