ORDER

Having heard learned counsels, we direct that 50% of the amount stated to have been deposited by the petitioners before the District Forum in terms of order dated 09.07.2010 and 07.09.2010 respectively shall be released to respondent no.1, Smt. Narinder Kaur, on her furnishing a solvent surety to the satisfaction of the President of the District Forum. 

               For the present it is not possible to expedite the final hearing of the revision petitions.  Accordingly, the applications No.774 & 775 of 2013 seeking early hearing are dismissed.
