File taken up on the application moved by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant for withdrawal of the complaint. Ld. Counsel for the complainant, on the instructions of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reasons; hence, he withdraws the same on behalf of the complainant, with liberty to file it afresh.
