  1. On the previous date, notice was issued to the respondent through registered post subject to counsel for the appellants supplying the present address.
  2. As per the registry, counsel for the appellants did not file the present address of the respondent.
  3. Proxy counsel appearing for the appellants states that during the pendency of the appeal, the matter between the parties stood settled and accordingly, the appellants wants to withdraw the appeal.
  4. In view of the above, the appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as the matter stands amicably settled.
  5. The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellantswhile filing the appeal be reimbursed to the appellants against proper receipt and identification.
  6. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
  7. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
