                   Mr. Munish Gupta, counsel for the appellants has suffered a statement at the Bar that on the instruction of the appellants, he does not want to pursue the present appeal and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.  We order accordingly. File be consigned to the record room.

2.                Statutory amount of Rs.2,500/- deposited by the appellants at the time of filing of the present appeal be refunded to the appellants as per rules against proper receipt and identification.
