Heard learned counsel for the petitioners on M.A. No. 471/2012. By this application, the petitioners have submitted that it was inadvertently pointed out on the last date that is on i.e. 30th May, 2012 that the awarded amount under the impugned order had already been deposited before the State Commission, which is factually incorrect because the amount deposited with the State Commission was on account of statutory deposit for filing of the appeal and that amount too was much less than the awarded amount. 2. In view of this, she submits that the petitioners are prepared to deposit the full awarded amount to facilitate operation of stay of the impugned order, as directed by the National Commission on 30th May, 2012 and permission may accordingly be granted to the petitioners to deposit the awarded amount. 3. Permission is granted to the petitioners to deposit the awarded amount within a period of two weeks from the date of this order subject to which the impugned order shall remain stayed until the next date. 4. Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of in terms of this order. 5. Dasti allowed. 6. List on 19-11-2012, as already fixed.
