We had directed the petitioner to put on record the pleadings and the evidence, which had been led before the District Forum to find out as to whether there was any evidence to prove that the gold appraised by the respondent’s husband was ‘Spurious’. 

Counsel for the petitioner has put on record the pleadings and the evidence but he is unable to find out from the evidence except the report of reappraisal that the gold appraised by the respondent’s husband was spurious.  We agree with the view taken by the fora

below that the petitioner had failed to prove that the gold appraised by the respondent’s husband was spurious.  No merits.  Dismissed.
