ORDER

Vide directions dated 21st February, 2012, this Commission had allowed two weeks to the learned counsel for the petitioner to seek instructions whether the petitioner would like to withdraw the revision petition.  On the next date (22nd March, 2012), there is no presence on behalf of the petitioner.  However, in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned to today for reporting instructions.

          Even today, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner.  The revision petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution and in default.
