ORDER

The matter was passed over. On the second call also, there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner. As per last order dated 24.9.2013, counsel for the petitioner sought time to file certain documents which he failed to file within the prescribed period. As there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner since morning, the present petition stand dismissed in default as well as for non-compliance of the order passed by this Commission.
